 ELINIDE 500 mg tablet is used in the treatment of diarrehora and parasitic worm infections. Nitazoxanide belongs to the class of medications called antiparasitic and antiviral agents. It inhibits the production of certain chemicals and substances essential for energy metabolism and growth of the parasite.

Tamsooth 0.4 mg is a brand-name tablet containing tamsulosin hydrochloride, which is an alpha-blocker medication primarily used to treat symptoms of an enlarged prostate, a condition known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Iverjohn 12 mg Ivermectin Tablet (Ivermectin 12 mg): a prescription oral antiparasitic by Johnlee Pharmaceuticals, indicated for treating parasitic infections like strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis (river blindness), scabies, and eye/intestinal worms. It binds to parasite nerve and muscle cells, causing paralysis and death. Administered as a single dose; side effects include dizziness, nausea, rash, fatigue, fever, joint pain. Febentel Plus (525 mg) is a broad-spectrum veterinary antiparasitic tablet combining Fenbendazole (500 mg500 mg500 mg) and Ivermectin (25 mg25 mg25 mg). It treats various internal and external parasites (roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms, and mange) in dogs, cats, and livestock by paralyzing and starving the worms. 

ZBD Plus 12 mg Tablet is a combination antiparasitic medication containing Albendazole (400 mg) and Ivermectin (12 mg). It is used to treat intestinal worm infections caused by roundworms, hookworms, threadworms, and whipworms. The tablet works by inhibiting nutrient absorption and causing paralysis in parasites, leading to their death.

Ivermectin is an anti-parasite medication used to treat parasitic diseases, including parasitic worms, hookworm, whipworm, and external parasites. Ivermectin tablets (Stromectol) are FDA-approved to treat strongyloidiasis of the intestinal tract and onchocerciasis (river blindness). Ivermectin cream (Soolantra) is FDA-approved to treat rosacea, and ivermectin lotion (Sklice) is a treatment for head lice.

Ivermectin tablets have also been used off-label for scabies and other parasites.

Ivermectin works by paralyzing muscles in parasites, causing them to die. Ivermectin mechanism of action in parasites is by binding to glutamate-gated chloride channels (GluCl), causing paralysis. It does not affect mammals as it is unable to enter the mammal's central nervous system, where the GluCl channels are located. Ivermectin tablets are also thought to help the human immune response to being able to overcome immature worms and kill them. It is thought that ivermectin tablets may suppress the ability of the parasite to secrete proteins that help it to evade the host’s natural immune defence mechanism.

Zetiheal 10 mg is an ezetimibe tablet that lowers cholesterol by inhibiting its absorption in the intestine, reducing levels of total and LDL ("bad") cholesterol to prevent heart disease. It's used for hyperlipidemia alone or with a proper diet and lifestyle changes, and should be taken at the same time each day as directed by a doctor. Common side effects can include diarrhea, joint pain, and sinus inflammation

It is approved for adults and children (over 12 years/30 kg) and works by killing parasites, acting as a key treatment for infections caused by Leishmania
